Point-of-Sale for Sushi Restaurant sparks fast growth.
In 2015, Spin Sushi placed 2nd on the Dallas A List in the Asian Fusion category, narrowly losing out to industry powerhouse Wolfgang Puck’s.
So how does a small operation, like Spin Sushi Food Truck, go up against a multi-million dollar national brand?
Born in Garland, TX, Frank, Spin Sushi's chef, mastered his Sushi spinning skills while studying for a degree in business finance at California State University.
After returning to Dallas, he decided to combine his business skills with his mastery of Asian Fusion cuisine. And thus the Spin Sushi Food Truck was born.
“Our secret is really no secret at all. We focus on creativity and great flavors in everything we do.”, says Frank Nguyen, Executive Chef and owner of Spin Sushi Food Truck.
