Born in Garland, TX, Frank, Spin Sushi’s chef, mastered his Sushi spinning skills while studying for a degree in business finance at California State University.
After returning to Dallas, he decided to combine his business skills with his mastery of Asian Fusion cuisine. And thus the Spin Sushi Food Truck was born.

Spin Sushi’s award winning flavor enjoyed such success with the Food Truck, that they have now expanded to their first restaurant. Loyal customers can find them now in Allen Texas in a brick and mortar location.
